The share capital of the company is 200 million Yuan (approximately, 33.5 million of Euros). In addition, it has eleven sub-enterprises, including three branches and six subsidiaries (Yiwu Bonded Logistics Center Co., Ltd; Yiwu Cross - border E - Commerce Park Co., Ltd; Yiwu Land Port Import and Export Co., Ltd; Yiwu Land Port Railway Port Development Co., Ltd; and other two joint ventures: Zhejiang Yiwu Bonded Port Joint Development Co., Ltd y Yiwu cross - border electricity supply chain management Limited).
At the moment, the company maintains a logistics center in the area, a railway station, the cargo markets of Jiangdong and Jiangbeixiazhu, and other major logistics centers.
